Get answers to all your questions below:

How do I book a room?

First select the desired department and under the booking tab you will find our booking system.

NOTE: Payment is NOT made online, but in person on the day of the event.

How do I book two or more rooms at the same time?

If you want to book multiple rooms at once (e.g. if you're a larger group), select your first room first. Then press the button "ADD ANOTHER BOOKING" (see image). You can then add extra rooms until you have booked the desired number of rooms. Locked FAQ

Bookings outside our regular booking hours

We have fixed booking times (start times) —much like movie theater or restaurant reservations.
This is because the rooms need to be prepared and reset between sessions, and there are often guests both before and after your booking.

For this reason, we generally cannot adjust appointment times by just a few minutes (e.g., 4:15 p.m. instead of 4:30 p.m.).
Tip: Select one of the available booking times in the calendar—that way, you’re guaranteed a spot.

Would you like a specific time outside of our regular booking hours?

In some cases, this can be arranged as a special booking:

  • Minimum price: 2,500 DKK
  • If your booking exceeds this amount, you will be charged the standard rate plus a 15% fee
(the fee covers additional staff and administrative costs)

Send an inquiry to kontakt@locked.dk with your preferred time.

Please note: We can only confirm your booking once you have accepted the terms and conditions.
Bookings made outside of regular booking hours are binding and non-refundable, in accordance with the Danish Consumer Contracts Act.

When should we arrive?

Please arrive a little earlier than the booked time (10-15 min).
If you are more than 5 minutes late, please call us.
If you are more than 20 minutes late, we will unfortunately have to cancel your time and still charge you, as it will otherwise affect our other guests' times.

Can we fit 6 people in one room?

Yes, you can. Most of our rooms are built for up to 6 participants.
However, we recommend 3-4 people per room for the best experience - everyone gets more to do and it's easier to collaborate without "getting in each other's way".

If you're a group, we recommend booking multiple rooms and playing at the same time - then you can compare who did best afterwards.

What if the number of people changes?

If the change means you need more or fewer rooms, we need to be notified at least 48 hours before your start time.

If the change does not affect the number of rooms, you can simply inform the instructor when you arrive.

Are there any extras or actors in your room?

There are no extras or actors in our escape rooms.

Is it for kids?

Yes, children can participate with adults. However, the atmosphere in our Escape Rooms can be a bit dark and there may be theatrical blood (depending on the theme). We don't have a minimum age for children, but we recommend that children are at least 10 years old when accompanied by adults.

However, without adult participants on the team, children must be at least 15 years old.

Can I join even if I'm claustrophobic?

Yes - In all rooms it is possible to go back to the exit and get out, it will never be locked. In the Kidnapped and Zodiac rooms you will be handcuffed, but there is a set of emergency keys for those situations where it is necessary.

What language is used?

All our Escape Rooms are in English, with Danish subtitles on e.g. video elements.

Our instructors speak both Danish and English, so you'll be guided all the way and get the full experience.

Forgotten cases

If we find lost valuables (wallets, cell phones, etc.), we will try to find and contact the owner. If this is not possible, the valuables will be handed over to the lost property office at the police after a short time. Forgotten items that do not qualify as valuables (jackets, sweaters, hats, gloves, etc.) are stored in a box with forgotten items. After 1/2 year, the clothes are handed over to a relief organization.

Disability issues

Unfortunately, the Escape Room activity is not suitable for wheelchair users, as you need to be able to walk and stand.

It is possible for the hearing impaired to receive written clues via SMS (this must be arranged in advance).

We accept companion cards. (However, there must be a minimum of 2 active participants in an Escape Room).

Why do prices vary at LOCKED?

We use flexible pricing (off-peak and peak rates):

  • Peak times: Evenings, weekends, and holidays → higher price

  • Off-peak times: Weekdays and less busy times → lower price

So you can choose a time that suits both your mood and your budget.

Payment

Payment is always made on the day. We accept payment with all types of credit cards and MobilePay.

NOTE: We do not accept cash.

Gift cards

To use your gift card with us, simply book your experience as normal and bring the gift card as payment on the day.

Team photos
All team photos are continuously posted on LOCKED's Facebook page: Direct link. Here you can freely download your image afterwards.
Food and drink

Unfortunately, it is not allowed to bring food and drinks. We do not offer food, but we do offer cold drinks.
(For larger groups (+15 people) we can offer arrangements with snacks and drinks)

Alcohol policy

We recommend being in your right mind when participating in an escape room. For the sake of the team and the experience, you'll get the most out of it if you're sober.

We reserve the right to refuse guests who are deemed too intoxicated to participate.

Cancellation policy

Yes - you can always cancel a room, but we would like to be notified well in advance so that we have the opportunity to allocate the room to another guest.
If you cancel less than 48 hours before the start time, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
