Cancellation
If a booking is cancelled we would like to be informed as soon as possible
- Cancellations received less than 48 hours before arrival will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.
Credit policy for events:
For companies: regarding a company event at Locked ApS we always send an invoice afterwards, where you can pay by bank transfer.
If the event is larger than DKK 25,000, a deposit of 25% of the total price of the event will be required at least 14 days before the event.
NOTE: Cancellation / reduction of the number of participants must be made at least 10 days before the event.
